💙 DROP-OFF WINDOWS
To make every visit smooth and stress-free, please drop off your pet during one of the following windows:
🌅 Morning Appointments: 8:00 – 8:30 AM
☀️ Afternoon Appointments: 12:30 – 1:00 PM
For afternoon drop-offs, if you need to come earlier, just call or text us in advance — we’ll gladly accommodate your schedule.
📣 IMPORTANT CUSTOMER POLICIES
💳 Credit Card on File
All clients must have a credit card on file when booking appointments.
🐾 New Client Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients and applied to the first groom.
The deposit is forfeited if the appointment is canceled without rescheduling or missed.
⏰ Late Pick-Up Fee
A $2 per minute late fee applies to delayed pick-ups.
If we haven’t heard from you within 30 minutes of closing, your pet will be boarded overnight for an additional $100 fee.
🚫 No-Call / No-Show
A $75 no-show fee will be charged for missed appointments without notice.
The fee must be paid before rescheduling.
