Pet Parents,

To streamline our workflow, we have implemented two appointment drop-off time windows.

The morning appointment drop-off window is between 8:00 - 8:30 am. The afternoon appointment drop-off window is between 12:30 - 1:00 pm.

On the day of your appointment, you may drop-off your pet any time during the appropriate drop-off window.

(For afternoon apts if you need to drop off early we understand schedules please just send us a text letting us know you need an earlier drop off)

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS

Effective January 1, 2022 Fabulous Fur will implement a few necessary changes.

• All customers will be required to have a credit card on file. 

• New customers will be charged a $50.00 deposit which will be applied to the first groom. Deposit is nonrefundable if appointment is canceled and not rescheduled or missed. 

• A late fee of $2.00/minute will be charged for all late pick-ups. If you have not contacted Fabulous Fur regarding delayed pick-up within 30 minutes of closing, your pet will be boarded at our facility for an additional fee of $100.
  

• For No Call No shows there will be a $75 fee applied to your account to be paid at time of rescheduling.
