We use Iv San Bernard and Mauro professional shampoo and conditioning products — specially formulated to clean, protect, and replenish your pet’s coat while reducing dryness and irritation. Every pet’s skin and coat are unique, so we carefully choose the right product combination for each one.
For the full spa experience, we also offer Madra Mor Mud Masks — available in four specialized formulas designed to rejuvenate and treat pets with skin issues like dryness, hot spots, yeast, and excessive shedding. When we’re not in the salon grooming, we’re attending seminars and grooming conferences to stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and research. Understanding the science behind pet skin and coat care ensures that we always bring the best modern grooming solutions to your pets.
We’re also happy to share that you can now bring home the same professional-quality products we use at the salon! We carry Mauro shampoos, conditioners, and body mists for retail — so your pet can look, feel, and smell fresh even between grooming sessions.
If you’re a new puppy parent, we highly encourage you to bring your puppy in for a gentle face and nail trim for $10 — up to 16 weeks of age, once a week if possible. This helps your puppy get accustomed to our groomers and feel comfortable with the grooming process early on.
